When I was a young child in the 80’s and early 90’s, my well-meaning VERY Catholic grandma had me so freaked out about D&D that I would quite literally have an anxiety attack simply walking by the D&D shelf in Walden Books in the mall. She made it seem like even being in the vicinity of the game would summon the devil. Glad that I can laugh at this stuff now that I’m 38.
