What’s fascinating to me is that the initial comments are overwhelmingly positive, and then the racist nuts and people who think opposition to racism is “modernist” because they are utterly ignorant of the implications of the actual gospel show up and start yammering. Gloria is an excellent apostle to a US Church desperately in need of schooling in the kindergarten basics of the gospel: All are made in the image and likeness of God and in Christ Jesus there is neither Jew nor Greek, black nor white, male nor female, etc.
