The American Revolution was a waste. We’re far less free and democratic today than we were under George III or in today’s United Kingdom. The UK doesn’t have an absolute monarch. Thanks to the Supreme Court, we now have one.

The British system of government with a monarch as head of state and a prime minister as head of government divides the power more than the US system where the President is both head of state and head of government. The President is too powerful. And when you have a rotter like the current one, bad things happen.
