The first comes from Eugene Scott, who puts his finger on the heresy at the heart of MAGA antichrist religion.

The second is simply this: That when you have already betrayed Christ by making yourself the lying, impenitent servant of a lying impenitent traitor, rapist, fraud, and dimestore antichrist, swearing “Though everyone else deny you, I will never deny you!” is a particularly rash thing to do, as Simon Peter (who actually meant it) would discover.
The MAGA antichrist cult–which spends its time imagining itself to be enduring persecution while wilting in fear over fantasy threats (“That Target clerk is making War on Christmas!”) and blustering of its courage as it beats up women and children for Being Brown and Speaking Spanish–can’t even sacrificially wear a mask during a plague that killed a million Americans. They persecute Christians and laugh at putting them in concentration camps. They don’t suffer for Christ. They crucify him again and think it’s funny.

The thing that strikes me about MAGA “Christians” is the phony piety. Praying in front of crowds, groups, rather than in private. Remember Christ talking about hypocrites praying on street corners? Why do they have to have an audience to pray? Is this public prayer really more performance?
Thank you for naming this, Mark. It does tell all in an utterly sickening way.
The performance is a mile wide but only an inch deep.
