It is incredible to me that this needs to be pointed out and even more incredible to me that it needs, above all, to be pointed out to the Greatest Catholics of All Time and the Self-Appointed Defenders of Realio-Trulio True Catholic Faith[TM].

Thank you. What you are saying removes knee-jerk reactions about the pope. We all love to be our own popes and I am guilty of it also. I realize that many times I do not trust the Lord to lead the Church.
