  1. That toothpaste ain’t going back in the tube, and nor should it. All marijuana prohibition ever accomplished was to give authorities a handy pretext to maintain a Jim Crow justice system.

    Drug Prohibition has a perfect, absolutely unblemished track record of 100 percent failure over more than 100 years. It will fail for another 100, or another 10,000 years should we choose to pursue it that far.
