Yeah. That’s really kind of it. I have no particular devotion to the Dem party. I certainly have no personal devotion to Dem politicians. The idea of looking at a Dem pol the way the weirdos and cultists in MAGA routinely look at Trump is absolutely foreign to me.
Such looks should be reserved for the Son of the Living God. I don’t believe politics is salvation. Only MAGA believe such nonsense. I support the Dem party for the same reason I support a wrench when a loose screw needs to be tightened: because it is the right tool for the job of fixing ever so many loose screws. When it has done the job I will be glad of it, but I will not worship it.

the Dems also consistently lower the abortion rate (with Obama bringing it to its lowest rate since Roe). Meanwhile the MAGA “prolife” death cult raised it 30% since Obama–and they are Nazis.
