Anyway, about a month ago, I wrote a little piece explaining why I am voting Dem this November and urging you, O Gentle Reader, to do likewise. I noted to a reader in the comments (who said he was willing to “support the lesser of two evils” by voting Dem) that “As I never tire of saying, we cannot support the lesser of two evils. Nobody can say, “Since I am not committing murder, it’s okay for me to rape.” But we can and must work to lessen evil when we cannot eliminate it. The Dems are trying to do that. The GOP is actively laboring to increase evil.”, In response, my troll barged into my conversation with my reader to send the following to my trash file:
I live in Mass and the governor just signed a bill to legalize abortion until birth. How is she lessening evil? Even plenty of dems opposed the law. She is working to increase evil.
My reply:
That’s odd. If you live in Massachusetts, why is your IP in Bloomfield, CT like all the other aliases you post under, you filthy liar? Like all your evil cult of lies, you simply ignore the fact that the issue with abortion is not supply but demand and that Dems lower the abortion rate by lowering the economic pressure to abort while your filthy, evil, lying cult successfully raised the abortion rate by a third under Trump by your sadism to the poor. You lie. You do nothing but lie. And you know you lie, which is why you never use your real name. Like your orange messiah, you imitate your father the devil, who is the father of lies and a murderer from the beginning. I only approved this one post of yours so I could call you out on the fact that your evil cult lies and kills and you are an accomplice. Feel free to post as many replies as you like and waste your day shouting into the wind. No one will see them.
You may think I was a tad harsh with him. But the reality is that you are only seeing the tip of the iceberg. He had already given away the game in previous posts sent to Trash by spreading the incredibly stupid lie that “Dems want to trans our kids” so he would never vote for Dems.
Note that carefully. The MAGA “prolife” Cult used to say that the defense of innocent human life was more important than anything else in the world. It was their excuse for voting GOP no matter what and despite its murderous incompetence, racism, cruelty, and corruption.
Now that it has been definitively seen that Obama/Biden brought abortion to its lowest rates since Roe while the MAGA Cult raised those rates nearly 30%, as well as killing a million Americans with pandemic, launching an unjust war, and inaugurating the murder of millions abroad by the destruction of USAID, the “prolife” cult is now committing its final crime by simply ignoring its lies about their dedication to human life as fundamental and pivoting to scapegoating as their raison d’etre.
The new Fundamental Priority is scapegoating trans people. Point out the facts about abortion under Trump vs Democrats and the spectacular success Republicans have had in raising abortion rates and the response is not, “Yeah. We were suckers” but “The Dems are transing our kids! I will never vote for a Dem!” Abortion has vanished as the go-to Fundamental Priority. Dudn’t matter that abortion is up by third. Let ’em die! The real threat is trans people not being persecuted enough! We will sacrifice as many unborn children as it takes to hurt this new scapegoated Scourge!
The massive, self-inflicted failure of the “prolife” movement will be a source of wonder for decades.
